NYU Stern MBA s two-tier recruiting system really degraded the part-time program reputation. According to EEOC, it is illegal to discriminate in any aspect of employment, including job advertisements, recruitment , training and apprenticeship programs. Many MBA programs follow EEOC guidelines.
